Trainspotting

I've been dreaming of singletrack daily, and after almost two weeks of being sick and not leaving the house I was ready. The temps here in KC climbed just long enough for the trails to thaw and get messy. Bummer...but sometimes you just have to ride. I headed out in a trio of fixed gear mountain bike rogues. We blazed some unknown terrain for a few hours, hooking up anything that looked like fun; concrete features, rock piles, downed logs, pavement, still frozen dirt and even some crushed granite. It was nice to get back out and feel the wind on my face and the burn in my legs.
